Google has made a number of announcements via the AdWords Blog in the last few days, including the release of a new AdWords app for Android and two new best practices guides: Driving Calls with AdWords and Re-engage Past Site Visitors with Programmatic Remarketing on Google Display.

According to Google, the new app allows you manage your AdWords account on the go, and it lets you:

  • View campaign stats
  • Update bids and budgets
  • Get real-time alerts and notifications
  • Act on suggestions to improve your campaigns
  • Call a Google expert
